Welcome to my corner of the Internet, friends.

My name’s Bailey Betik and I graduated in 2015 from Texas Christian University with my bachelors in English, anthropology, and arts administration. This blog is 2% creative writing, 98% rambling, and 100% because I like listening to myself talk.

You can search the blog through a couple of different filters:

(title to be determined): my time during my one year masters at University of Edinburgh.

From Sunflowers to Samosas: my nine-month cross-cultural experience as a Fulbright to Chennai, India, where I taught English at Crescent Matriculation Higher Secondary School for Girls.

poetry: self-explanatory.

    Hi Bailey,

I have a few questions I’d like to ask you about your Fulbright experience, as I am considering India as an option for my application. Do you have a separate email I could get in touch with you on?
